Project Manager

Description

The Project Manager will be responsible for construction projects through providing leadership, planning, and overall management of projects.

This company is an interiors carpentry company, doing work in the grand rapids area. They need a Project Manager to run with up to 4 to 6 projects at a time. Projects mainly include schooling and office buildings. Will take someone who has come up from the field or has a relevant degree. The better candidate is someone who came from the field of carpentry with 5+ years of project management under his belt. The Project Manager is responsible to for status of project, coordinating with GC, materials list, and ext. This candidate could run crews up to 3 supervisors with 10 in each crew. They are eligible for a truck and phone. The most important thing is that they have flooring experience as a project manager.

Skills & Qualifications:

MUST HAVES

• 5+ years experience as a PM

• Project Experience in Flooring Installation

PREFERRED

• Commercial Interior
