Project Manager

TEKsystems is looking for a Project Manager to impact the Claims PMO with one of our top financial clients here in the Charlotte market! A successful candidate MUST HAVE prior financial experience and a background with Risk Management. This is a hybrid role that will sit Uptown Charlotte, and will require a successful candidate to be onsite up to 3x a week working under a TEKsystems W2!

This PM will be working as the end to end PM. Candidates will manage some of the financials. They are not looking for Scrum/PM blend. This team needs true PMs.

Responsible for working with a variety of technical teams, product owners, line of business/operations users to support and drive delivery of change for Enterprise Claims Technology applications and infrastructure. Coordinates change requests (CRQ's), manages risks, and ensures compliance to enterprise change standards across service providers. Coordinates across cross-functional teams to ensure technology delivery is on time and within budget. Facilitates dependency management/risk management/impediment removal for the defined deliverables. Promotes/facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support the deliverable completion and timeline. Ensures all audit documentation is in line with enterprise change standards guidelines and timelines. Supports project reporting and other communications across the teams as required. Individual Contributor role.

• '3+ years of end-to-end technology project and change management experience with strong analytical skills, problem solving, and conceptual thinking

• -Experience leading and supporting technology teams in the delivery of business outcomes in scrum agile framework

• -Ability to anticipate risks and successfully develop and drive mitigation plans

• -Ability to work self-directed and independently as well as part of a team

• -Strong ability to interact, communicate, and influence vertically and horizontally

• -Must be comfortable in delivering messages across a wide spectrum of individuals having varying degrees of technical understanding

• -Ability to navigate in complex and changing environment

• -Strong communication/presentation/executive presence skills;

• -Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio)

• -Working knowledge of using JIRA
