A local gaming company is looking to hire a Project Manager to sit in Las Vegas, 89104! This candidate will be responsible for joining a team of 4 other project managers who are responsible for juggling 12-15 projects that all besides two have not been started in a waterfall environment. This individual will be working mainly in Microsoft Project and must possess strong documentation skills in order to create business cases to present to C-Level executives as well strong experience in scoping out the projects in order to define the cost and manage the budget throughout the projects completion. The projects this individual will be focused on are related to the IT department and will have to do with access management, Windows Server Upgrades, VOIP, and the data center to name a few. This individual will be looked at to define project success criteria and disseminates them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. It is imperative that this individual has great soft skills in order to create buy in and connect with various lines of business within the IT department.

Skills and Requirements

Must Haves

· 3+ years of experience project management overseeing the management, budget and scope of IT related projects with a focus on infrastructure and security (i.e projects with relation to access management, Windows server upgrades, and access management)

· Previous experience working within a waterfall environment (95% waterfall 5% agile)

· Experience working within Microsoft projects, Visio, SharePoint and Teams

· Previous experience working on 10+ projects at one given time and ability to assist in prioritizing current and upcoming projects based on available resources

· Strong documentation experience writing project charts/business cases

· Knowledge of information technology applications, processes, software and equipment

· Knowledge of the techniques for managing cross-functional teams

· Experience working with C-level Executives Gaming or hospitality experience null
