  • Description

    The construction project manager will manage all construction supervision of sub-contractors and internal Hampton staff. This person will be on some projects in the 5+ million-dollar range. Projects can be a variety of gas stations, hotels, sports areas all of the Nebraska system Universities renovations done by them as well. These projects are either large remodels or new construction. This position is responsible for the timely and profitable completion of all assigned construction, for creating and maintaining the highest degree of customer satisfaction, and the supervision of all personnel performing any work-related functions on the project.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    7-10 years of experience working as a PM in ground-up Construction comfortably. Prefer bachleors but will take someone with experience. Know how to manage, push and schedule and coordinate sub-contractor Must have more experience from someone then only remodels. New construction and additions Previous work on 2-5 million-dollar budgets. Be able to process and coordinate quickly is very important. Understand all safety guidelines as required by OSHA Have Osha 10 card
