Responsibilities

• Plans, documents, and manages assigned project work across HR to coordinate offer delivery. Anticipate and assess business needs and objectives through planning and consultation. Partners with Program Management Office, Global Talent Acquisition, Global Talent Strategy & Development, and HR Data and Analytics team to track and report on project success.

• Leads and directs project work and team members to effectively meet service objectives across skills while meeting project schedules, deliverables, and outcomes. Communicates with and utilizes tools to coach team members.

• Supports global HR offer owners for Employer Value Proposition (EVP) integration planning and delivery. Liaise with appropriate stakeholders, including divisional and regional HR leaders, to ensure appropriate integration plan is document and followed. Works with global process owners and other stakeholders within HR to support change management related to the integration.

• Builds and maintains effective relationships. Leads coordination efforts to effectively foster communication between internal and external project stakeholders. Influences key decisions across stakeholder groups.

• Proactively identifies, manages, and mitigates risks and any related project issues. Communicates solutions on key issues or projects to management and stakeholders to obtain their input and buy-in as appropriate.
