Project Plan Analyst

Job Description

The client is looking for a Plan Analyst to join the Networking team on their LAN/Wireless end of life projects. This is a project support role that will focus on financials, spend and tracking. They will work on creating and tracking capital work order and purchase orders and tracking the lifecycle of these. They will forecast where project spend is going and work with a spend amount of $20-30M. The ideal candidate will understand financial account processes, how internal spend works, is familiar with purchasing and has great communication skills.

Skills and Requirements

- Experience tracking financials and spend on a large budget project

- Working on multi-million dollar portfolios

- Experience with spend folders, capital budget and PO creation

- Experience with purchasing

- Financial forecasting

- Excel experience

- Accounting background preferred - Coupa purchasing system

- Apptio budgeting system null
