Quality Control Manager

Job Description

Insight Global is looking for Quality Manager working for a client based in Dallas, TX that is a leading leather supplier for the aviation interiors industry. Additionally they offer a host of value added processes such as: decorative quilting, stitching, embroidery, printing, embossing, laser etching, perforating, cut to pattern, etc. We are currently looking to hire on a Quality Manager / Engineer to streamline their quality control initiatives.

Responsibilities to include

Oversight of the entire leather inspection process

Oversee internal quality controls

Further development/finetuning of inspection criteria & controls

Performance tracking

Manage and create direct reports

Spot check QC reports

Quality liaison to top management

Coach & train quality technicians

Skills and Requirements

5+ years experience in various quality control roles

Experience with ERP systems

Strong background working with manufacturers or suppliers

Bachelors degree Aviation or Leather Manufacturer/ Designer industry experience null
