    Location: Camarillo, CA

    Pay Range: 46$-51$

    Shift: M-F 7am-3.30pm

    ** Key Responsibilities:**

    • Crafting Excellence: Develop and deploy work instructions and process controls for our cutting-edge products.

    • Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.

    • Quality Assurance Champion: Ensure that our shipped products meet both internal and external customer requirements.

    • Root Cause Detective: Lead corrective action processes using methodologies like 8D, 5 Why, A3, and lean tools.

    • Customer Advocate: Be the go-to contact for customer concerns, implementing effective corrective actions.

    • Standards Enthusiast: Formulate and implement quality assurance procedures aligned with industry best practices.

    • Effective Communicator: Relay quality issues to front-line leaders and factory personnel.

    • Analytical Guru: Analyze returned material and internal non-conforming products, driving root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions.

    • Stakeholder Updates: Keep customers and program management informed.

    ** Qualifications:**

    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.

    • 5-10 years of aerospace manufacturing experience.

    • Proficiency in assembly operations, gauging, and testing.

    • Familiarity with MIL-STDs, NASA requirements, and quality system standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 9001, TS16949).

    • Blueprint-savvy: Ability to read and understand blueprints, specifications, and requirements.

    • Quality Auditor Extraordinaire: Experience in performing quality audits.

    • Six Sigma Enthusiast: Greenbelt or Blackbelt certification preferred.

    • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) a plus.

    • ITAR Compliance: Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations.
