Duties:

• Developing and maintaining supplier quality assurance systems, machining quality management and customer systems

• Coordinating, developing, and utilizing supplier quality requirements

• Representing client as the point of contact for customers

• Developing and managing AS9100/ISO 9001, metrology, MSA, statistical sampling, and metric reporting

• Ensuring process and product database integrity

• Verifying product sampling, identification, and traceability

• Performing scrap analysis, root cause analysists, and developing action plans

• Training inspectors on best practices, local standards, and quality assurance procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, industrial, or materials engineering

• 5+ years of related experience

• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, TQM, and descriptive statistics

• Proficiency in MS Office, databases, statistical process control, and geometric dimensioning

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
