Quality Test Technician
SPECIFIC DUTIES, ACTIVITIES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
Duties include approval of incoming/outgoing product, gauging, some knowledge of CMM programming, ISO 9001 standards, internal auditor, blueprint reading/GD&T to list a few. Below are other areas that the qualified candidate should have knowledge/experience in:
Developing and implementing quality standards.
Developing and implementing quality control systems.
Monitoring and analyzing quality performance.
Inspecting and testing materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
Collaborating with operations managers to develop and implement controls and improvements.
Ensuring that workflows, processes, and products comply with safety regulations.
Investigating and troubleshooting product or production issues.
Developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Reviewing codes, specifications, and processes.
Identify areas for quality control improvement and implement new methods accordingly
Prepare and maintain test data for review
Minimum of 2-5 years' of experience within the Quality Control Technician industry
Experience helping develop and implement quality systems, initiatives, and standards (ISO 9001 environment)
Understanding of Test Equipment
Experience developing corrective actions, solutions, and improvements.
Blueprint reading for troubleshooting product or production issues
Demonstrate ability to analyze and interpret information
