    Insight Global is looking for a part-time Front Desk Associate for a fantastic start-up women's health clinic in SoHo and Williamsburg. Duties include greeting patients, making appointments, registering and checking out patients, answering phones, and various other clerical or administrative tasks. This is a busy practice, so the ability to handle high volume will be key. We are looking for someone who is adaptable to a start-up environment, highly responsible, and has a hospitality mindset.

    The schedule will consist of closing hours of 2:30 - 8pm Monday - Friday primarily at their Williamsburg clinic with some days in SoHo as needed. This individual will also be rotating Saturdays from 7:30am - 4pm. He or she must be comfortable going to the Williamsburg or SoHo location depending on vacancies or needs.

    Skills and Requirements

    • 2+ years as a Receptionist

    • Experience working the front desk at a fast-paced hospital, urgent care, or medical clinic

    • Ability to handle all administrative tasks including greeting patients, making appointments, registering and checking out patients, answering phones

    • Strong customer service and hospitality skills

    • Proven track record of reliability and strong attendance at previous roles - Comfortability using different systems and adapting to changes (this is a start-up environment)! null
