    Job Summary

    Under the direction of the Regulator Director, serves as primary expert, facilitator, and consultant for regulatory matters for the Common Spirit Medical Group with locations in multiple States and regions. Responsible for the coordination and regulatory compliance including state, federal and NCQA requirements, among other regulatory or accrediting agencies, throughout the Common Spirit Medical Group managed clinics and the CCECs. Guarantees compliance and continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance in accordance with all applicable regulations and standards across a multi-state region.

    Develops leading practice regulatory program, structures and processes to drive optimal regulatory compliance and competence. Prepares reports, review action plans, track and trend assessment results and implement any new regulation changes. Partners internal and external resources to implement changes to reduce

    regulatory compliance risks.

    Qualifications

    In addition to bringing your whole self to the workplace each day, qualified candidates will need the following:

    Work Experience Requirements

    • Three years of experience in a healthcare setting in a similar role

    • One year of Project Management, Performance Improvement, and/or Change Facilitation experience;

    • Lean Six Sigma or similar helpful

    • Experience in healthcare related field, preferably with oversight and coordination of ambulatory regulatory/accreditation readiness program, survey preparation, coordination and response/ follow-up

    • Past participation in regulatory activities within depth experience and knowledge of applicableregulations. Knowledge of regulations across multiple States preferred and specifically within Colorado, Kansas and Utah highly desired.

    • Advanced skills in written and oral communication

    • Experience in development of educational tools and presenting information to a diverse audience

    • Exemplary skill with computer applications

    Education Requirement

    • Healthcare or clinical degree preferred

    Pay Range

    $38.89 - $60.47 / hour
