  • We are seeking a Research Assistant who will be responsible for managing research projects for the Principal Investigator of the HRSA-BHWET program at the School of Nursing. They will collaborate with faculty, staff, and students on research projects. These projects may include IRB management, literature reviews, data collection, data analysis, and writing.

    Specific Duties & Responsibilities

    • Maintain records on study proceedings, including protocol, deviations, and developments.

    • Ensure accurate data collection across projects.

    • Meet regularly with Center team to coordinate research projects and progress.

    • Share updates with PI and rest of Center team on relevant projects.

    • Collaborate to develop study protocol and data collection templates.

    • Maintain research integrity across projects.

    • Monitor for and address logistical and technical issues that may arise.

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor's Degree in related discipline.

    • Additional related experience may substitute for required education, to the extent permitted by the JHU equivalency formula.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with nursing related research.

    • Some laboratory training.

    Starting Salary Range: $17.00 - $30.00 HRLY ($23,195 targeted; Commensurate with experience)

    Employee group: Casual / On Call

    Schedule : Monday - Friday Hrs Vary (Up to 27 hours per week)

    Exempt Status: Non-Exempt
