Research Associate

Description

Research Associate will conduct experiments and contribute to the development of our TBI product using modern immunochemical techniques under the supervision of the lead Scientist and/or Director of Assay Development.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute experiments with the guidance of project leader

• Analyze data, prepare summary of the experiments and technical reports

• Follow and develop SOPs and Work Instructions

• Maintain records using Good Documentation Practices

• Adhere to quality management system

• Solve technical challenges using creative thinking, scientific method, and analytical skills

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

-GMP/GLP

• Attention to detail

• Knowledge of laboratory methods commonly used in immunochemistry and molecular biology, such as:

-ELISA

-Antibody purification, protein conjugation and labeling

-Protein analysis by BCA, A280, gel electrophoresis, and other standard techniques Preparation of solutions

-Aseptic techniques

-Knowledge of ISO 13485 or experience working in regulated environment is a plus

-Clean room or cGMP experience is a plus

-GMP/GLP

-Familiarity with clinical laboratory assays is a plus

• Bachelor of Science in Biology, Immunology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, or related field

• 2-4+ years of practical lab experience

• Familiarity with clinical laboratory assays is a plus
