Resident Assistant - PRN - Assisted Living

Job Description

Seeking a resident assistant to serve on an as needed basis at Lincoln Park Assisted Living in Detroit Lakes. Assists with selected routine and non-technical aspects of nursing care during an assigned shift, under the direction of a Registered Nurse. Will assist with care of the older adult and geriatric population.

The approximate base compensation range is posted, but the actual offer will reflect our total compensation and benefits package. The offer will be determined by a number of factors including the selected candidate's experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, FTE, as well as internal equity among our team.
