  • Minimum qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

    • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.

    • 4 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.

    • Experience managing individuals and leading large cross-functional teams.

    • Experience leading operational initiatives.

    Preferred qualifications

    • MBA or Master's degree in a related field.

    • 5 years of experience in people management.

    • Ability to inspire across all levels of the organization and a track record of influencing senior leaders through judgment and data.

    • Ability to think big and systemically, with a bias to action and extraordinary attention to detail.

    • Strong business sense, problem-solving skills, and project management.

    The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$261,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.     • Align and collaborate with both Ads Product teams and Google Public Sector, Commerce teams, marketing, and other stakeholders to develop and execute on critical new product activations.

    • Develop Go-To-Market strategy to drive adoption of key best practices and features that help merchants be successful on Google.

    • Lead collection, analysis and prioritization of market feedback into Product teams and make data-driven decisions to improve product outcomes.

    • Coordinate and deliver stakeholder comms, run appropriate Steering Committee forums.

    • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across functions and geos.
