We are looking for a qualified, compassionate, and knowledgeable nurse to join us in caring, serving, and enriching lives. Position Details:

·Pediatric Female

·Acuity Level: G-tube / Trach

·Location: North Phoenix (New River)

·Schedule: Three days a week 9:00am-5:00pm

About case:

This patient is a pediatric female patient who needs help 3 days out of week.

There is a lot of flexibility when it comes to working for Maxim Healthcare Service's!

(We offer training for these skills if you do not have experience!)

Responsibilities:

Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care

Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs

Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psycho-social changes in the patient's condition

Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses

Other Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned
