RPA Delivery Lead/Change Manager (Remote)

Responsibilities

Job Type: Independent Contractor (C2C/1099)

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $55-65 per hour

Lead an RPA (Robotics Process Automation) team and work with the Digital Catalyzation team to assist in assessing different technology opportunities across client business groups. Be able to ask questions to collect information, define processes, and make recommendations for opportunity/backlog management.

Qualifications

Must Have:

• Strong Communication and Leadership Skills

• Proficient in MSFT Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)

• Time management skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or other Process Work

• Experience with Project Management

• Experience with Design Thinking Methodologies

• Experience with Agile

• Experience building and managing Stakeholder relationships and expectations

• Experience with Change Management methodologies
