    Your Role at KIK

    A sales analyst is a crucial asset in our organization at KIK, responsible for providing data-driven insights that inform sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and enhance overall business performance. By analyzing sales data, market trends, and consumer behavior, sales analysts play a pivotal role in optimizing sales processes, identifying growth opportunities, and improving sales efficiency.

    What You'll Be Doing

    • Provide Strategic analysis and insights to marketing, sales, and finance through analysis of sales data

    • Item maintenance and Retail Link Administration

    • Vendor agreement compliance and management/minimization of invoice deductions

    • Development of rolling SKU level forecast in collaboration with Walmart replenishment and team leader

    • Make actionable recommendations, based upon insights that are relevant to the business and brand strategies

    • Work with Walmart team leader to facilitate "quick responses" to initiatives that drive results

    • Track sales and Budget results

    • Customer Analytics-Use Retail Link, Luminate and SAP (Business Warehouse) data, internal ship-to-data, and industry data to analyze, interpret and present information with a net result of driving sales, new business and profits, resulting analysis will point out sales performance and opportunity gaps by customer/account

    What You'll Bring

    • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is required

    • At least 1 year of experience in category/sales analysis or comparable experience in the consumer-packaged goods industry

    • Experience with analyzing and presenting data; SAP and Retail Link or Luminate experience preferred

    • Strong analytical ability, decision-making, creative thinking, and problem-solving skills

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

    • Experience with EPA-regulated products and/or seasonal categories is a plus

    • Must be self-driven with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
