    Job Description

    As a ~~~ Sales Coach, you will help build out our world class sales team. In this role you will be well versed in our ~~~ platform, with a special focus on essential coaching and training on sales techniques and presentation skills for the Sales organization. This role is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of ongoing learning for Sales Associates. In addition, you will help to analyze the training and development needs of the sales organization and work collaboratively with the Sales Training team to develop high impact programs that increase sales and sales effectiveness.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Design, develop, and deliver training and coaching on the ~~~ product and sales techniques after passing new hire training and beginning the nest period.

    • Support sales managers in assessing sales associates' ability to apply in-class and real- world learning in the first (90 days) of production.

    • Work with sales managers on sales associate assessments and post-training work plans.

    • Work well within the team and across the organization to define learning solutions that address business priorities and bridge gaps in knowledge, competency, and skills for sales associates in a variety of roles and with varied levels of experience.

    • Participate in the design of curriculum (classroom and online) and performance support tools that build the product mastery required to improve performance in sales for new and existing sales team members.

    • Work with Sales Learning & Development team members to manage projects, timelines, and commitments as well as communication and deployment plans.

    • Conduct training assessments measuring the accuracy and effectiveness of programs, resources, and tools. Initiate changes based on feedback and/or changes in process.

    • Keep abreast of ~~~ strategy, industry changes, product enhancements and training best practices to improve and update learning programs accordingly.

    BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

    • Two or more years of experience mentoring, coaching, or managing teams of sales professionals in a B2B environment, preferably in digital marketing, advertising sales or the real estate industry

    • Strong and proven track record of successfully mentoring and coaching sales teams to achieve their greatest potential

    • Bachelor's degreerequiredfrom accredited, in-person college or universitypreferably in Business Administration, Communications, or Marketing

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

    • Self-starter who can work within a team environment and independently, while being highly organized with a strong attention to detail

    • Proven presentation and demonstration skills using web-based meeting applications like WebEx, Go-To-Meeting, etc.

    • Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing situations at a high growth company

    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with a variety of audiences
