Job Description

A large insurance client local to Phoenix, AZ is looking for a fully onsite Sales Representative. We are seeking a dynamic and bilingual Spanish/English individual to join our team as a Sales Representative. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish to effectively communicate with our diverse customer base. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for various tasks aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and driving sales growth.

SHIFT: Monday - Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (potential Saturdays w/ day off during the week)

*All equipment will be provided by the client

Skills and Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in an inside sales representative role

• Bilingual in Spanish

• Previous experience cold calling on leads

• Experience hitting sales metrics (Calls out, meetings set, etc.)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

• Must have reliable transportation to go onsite everyday. null
