    We are seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as an Inside Sales Representative. This position is on-site, Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm

    Our sales team is responsible for making 80-100 outbound calls per day to manufacturers and distributors. This role requires a positive attitude, exceptional phone skills, and the ability to close sales quickly. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving sales quotas and building strong relationships with our clients.

    Responsibilities:

    - Make 80-100 outbound calls to manufacturers and distributors per day.

    - Manage a high volume of inbound leads and follow up on them in a timely manner.

    - Identify potential customers and generate new business relationships.

    - Provide outstanding customer service and support to existing clients.

    - Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.

    - Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales quotas.

    - Participate in sales meetings and training sessions as required.

    Requirements:

    - Strong experience in phone sales.
