    We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator to join the SITRAIN Digital Industries Learning team at the Alpharetta, GA facility. This position will work 1st shift and supports the Customer Service business from an operational perspective deploying detailed know-how on SITRAIN offerings, products and tools.

    We are looking for a Scheduling Coordinator. This position will be based in Alpharetta, GA.

    You'll make an impact by doing the following:

    • Creating and inputting the annual schedule for open enrollment classes.

    • Coordinating both open enrollment and customer onsite requests schedule.

    • Performing SITRAIN Registrar duties by fielding customer phone inquiries.

    • Backing up the SITRAIN Registrar fielding the Registrar Inbox, when necessary.

    • Administrative duties, as they pertain to the department.

    • Maintaining and setting up of SITRAIN Learning Center classrooms

    You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:

    • Consultative background offering recommendations and expertise on SITRAIN product portfolio.

    • Microsoft Office Suite experience. Microsoft Excel proficiency is required.

    • Prior experience interacting with various management functions.

    • Supporting acquisition activities with detailed technical knowhow on complex issues.

    • Adhering to and enforcing the organization's internal processes and rules, as well as public standards and regulations.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Multi-tasking ability

    • Task prioritization ability

    • Planning and scheduling skills are a plus!

    • SAP experience

    • Collaboration skills

    • Customer Service skills

    • The pay range for this position is $43,470 - $74,520 . The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications, and premium geographic location.
