    Nestlé Regional Globe Office North America, Inc. seeks a Senior Analyst Financial Control in St. Louis, MO

    Duties: Support financial development and evaluate projects (market transition, scope expansion, continuous improvement, and benefits management) using appropriate financial evaluation tools or criteria to ensure fulfillment of investment profitability objectives and allocation of company resources in alignment with company strategy. Continuously evaluate for cost improvement in operations; support, validate, and review proposed cost improvement opportunities; and drive costs optimizations. Evaluate for and support cost improvement opportunities, validate and review proposed savings and evaluate, and drive optimizations across the different functions within operations. Prepare an accurate annual budget and subsequent Dynamic Forecast ensuring data is comprehensive and appropriately challenged. Plan, coordinate and maintain cost control; measure performance against plan; and report findings to management. Perform and lead strategic financial analysis relating to major or strategic decisions related to cost of the resources and projects (pre, ongoing, post, and benefits management) to ensure full transparency of any financial and non-financial implications. Participate in business planning and business case; prepare and coordinate the economic proposal with operations management. Perform routine audit activities within the end-to-end process to ensure compliance on critical areas.

    Requirements

    Requires a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or a related field plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or in accounting. Required experience must include each of the following:

    • 5 years of experience in financial governance, risk, and compliance;

    • 3 years of experience in project financial evaluation and project accounting;

    • 3 years of experience in costing, planning, accounting, or business controlling;

    • 3 years of experience in accounting for intangible assets and expense recording for balance sheet integrity in compliance with accounting standards;

    • 3 years of experience developing and improving financial planning and budgeting process in major business projects;

    • 1 year of experience in project financial evaluation.

    Domestic travel required up to 5% of time. Telework is acceptable up to 2 days per week.
