Job Description

On the first day, we'll expect you to have:

• Proficiency using Data Analytics tools and Query language

• Experience in effectively asking analytical questions (adaptable by audience), and influencing internal & external stakeholders

• Excellent written and oral communication skills

• Experience collecting information from a variety of sources in order to come up with solutions to problems and/or options to be considered

• Expert skills to identify risks, opportunities, issues, then mitigate or exploit them

• Expert skills using MS Office Suite (Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint), SharePoint, Smartsheets, JIRA, Service Now

• Demonstrated skills in organizing, coordinating, executing vast sets of tasks and activities

• Self-motivation & sense of urgency to drive results, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• A high level of professionalism and attention to detail

• A Bachelors in business, engineering, computer science, MIS or other four-year related degree
