Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing functions for an automotive business unit

• Direct buying of products and services

• Create and implement company-wide strategies for purchasing and inventory control

• Establish positive rapport with customers, internal group members, and vendors

• Issue quote requests, negotiate potential strategies, and assist sales personnel with product inquiries and quote preparation

• Prepare purchase order documentation

• Confirm pricing alignment with suppliers
