    Position Purpose:

    Perform and assist with standardized transactional margin analysis across branches. Drive revenue and EBITDA growth by leading efforts to ensure follow-up actions are taken. Perform other various cost analysis, including operational processing costs, to advise local leadership teams on pricing strategies and drive profitability growth. Assist with development of financial modeling tools and KPI's to improve budgeting and forecasting. Other financial tracking, modeling and reporting as necessary.

    Primary Duties/responsibilities:

    • Provide financial and margin analysis in close partnership with local Branch teams

    • Drive revenue/EBITDA growth by ensuring follow-up actions of findings

    • Performing other specific cost analysis as required, such as operational processing costs

    • Assist with creating/designing financial modeling tools (Project Telescope) to be used for budgets, flashes and forecasting

    • Assist branches with budgeting/forecasting as necessary

    • Developing/Reviewing KPIs to be used to track actual results plus forecast future results

    • Assist with tracking, auditing and reporting operational efficiencies and savings

    • Other financial analysis, modeling and reporting as necessary

    This is a hybrid position.

    Qualifications

    Education / Experience / Background:

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required.

    • Strong prior experience with the financial and accounting aspects of ERP systems (SAP preferred), including moderate system setup and organization familiarity

    • 4+ years of experience within one or more areas of accounting or financial management experience required, coupled with the demonstrated ability to apply financial theory, principles and techniques.

    Knowledge / Skills / Abilities:

    • Demonstrates solid understanding of policies and procedures that apply to assignments and insight into the \'why \'as well as the \'how\'.

    • Computer skills with proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and accounting / financial system software with accounting module implementation experience preferred.

    • Demonstrates ability to effectively communicate with good written, verbal, presentation and listening skills.

    • Shows evidence of good organization and project planning skills.

    • Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment and willingness to assume additional or new responsibilities readily.

    • Demonstrated commitment to compliance with applicable laws and regulations
