    Title: Senior Genesys Developer

    Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Genesys Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Contact Center implementations and platform development, with a strong focus on Genesys technologies. This role involves working on SDK builds, resolving issues, and developing various integrations and user interfaces. The successful candidate will have deep expertise in contact routing, network and enterprise contact routing, and Genesys Composer scripting.

    Responsibilities:

    • Project and Platform Implementation: Lead the implementation of projects and platforms related to Contact Center solutions.

    • SDK Build and Issue Resolution: Develop SDKs and resolve issues, ensuring efficient and effective plans are in place.

    • UI Development: Design and develop user interfaces, including admin interfaces and agent controls.

    • Event-Based Integrations: Build and integrate event-based systems to enhance Contact Center functionalities.

    • Microservice and Socket-Based Integrations: Develop and integrate microservices and socket-based systems for robust performance.

    • Genesys Routing: Utilize advanced knowledge of Genesys Routing for optimal contact management.

    Requirements:

    • Contact Center Domain Knowledge: At least 5 years of experience in the Contact Center domain.

    • Advanced Contact Routing: At least 5 years of experience in advanced contact routing and network and enterprise contact routing.

    • Genesys Composer Scripting: Minimum of 3 years of experience with Genesys Composer scripting.

    • T-Server and SIP Server Integration: At least 2 years of experience in T-Server and SIP Server integration.

    • GAX and GAA Configuration: Minimum of 2 years of experience in configuring and setting up GAX (Genesys Administrator Extension) and GAA (Genesys Administrator Assistant).

    Preferred Skills:

    • Multichannel Routing: 1 year of experience in multichannel routing.

    • Genesys Interaction Workspace Setup: 1 year of experience in setting up Genesys Interaction Workspace.
