    I. Job Summary

    A people first leader to oversee a team of over 50 skilled software architects, designers, developers, and team leads. Specifically assigned high level responsibility for software architecture and design, development infrastructure, DevOp's processes and resources allocation. Responsible for processes and activities of direct team members and coordination with other SBS Digital groups, WM Digital groups, and offshore consulting teams. Lead all technical phases in the software design and development process.

    II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the essential duties satisfactorily. Other minor duties may be assigned and may vary by department.

    • Lead the ideation and planning for the upcoming projects including design proposals, sizing, proposed timing, and compare with business value

    • Provides expert technical and functional leadership and problem resolution to teams.

    • Coordinates with multiple teams and suggests solutions in support of technology needs of the business unit or function served.

    • Assigns and reviews work. Allocates appropriate resources to ensure that projects are completed within committed time and budget and are integrated with other software applications.Maintains working relationship and coordinates with several teams to integrate project with applications and/or initiatives.

    • Coordinates communication about project status to all levels of the organization.

    • Prepares and/or provides budget input for ongoing and future expenditures, monitors budget performance, and provides forecasts. Monitors departmental performance against budget.

    • Coordinates infrastructure requirements to support the business and new projects including ensuring normal maintenance, System OS currency, security, and coordination with WM Corporate infrastructure teams.

    • Coordinate dev ops work across all teams including development environments, test environments, dev tools, code libraries, and deployment methods and tools.

    • Managed audit requests, change process, security and access requests and user permissions, particularly in Salesforce.

    • A business leader who understands the business objectives and guides technology team to deliver the objectives.

    • Responsible for setting a people first tone in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, career development, performance management, pay determination, team communication and skill set development

    • Proven ability to lead successful Software Development groups that deliver the required scope on-time and on-budget

    • Continuous Improvement mindset.

    III. Supervisory Responsibilities

    The highest level of supervisory skills required in this job is management through one or more managerial levels. This includes:

    • Direct supervision of full-time employees including management, team leads and individual contributor positions;

    • May have indirect supervision of other full-time management and/or individual contributor positions.

    IV. Qualifications

    The requirements listed below are representative of the qualifications necessary to perform the job.

    A. Education and Experience

    Education: Bachelor's Degree (accredited), or in lieu of degree, High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years of relevant work experience.

    Experience: Eight years of relevant work experience (in addition to education requirement).

    None required.

    C. Other Knowledge, Skills or Abilities Required

    Professional heritage in Software Development. Will require a high level of knowledge in most of the following areas: Software development tools and processes, ERP development, ~~~ development, managing large-scale data centers, software analysis design and development, application development projects, Project Management skills, Statistical/metrics analysis, programming/relational database, data warehousing, application testing, project lifecycle methodology, analytical skills, broad IT knowledge, budgeting, accounting and finance, communication skills, executive leadership, strategic planning and simultaneous project management of multiple projects. Management of India-based resources.

    The expected salary range for this position is $139,810 - 213,026. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
