A financial organization located in Chandler, AZ is looking for a Senior Network Security Engineer to add to their growing team. This individual will be joining a team focused on a refresh project to remove end of life cycle hardware. They have a mixture of Fortinet, Palo Alto and some Checkpoint firewalls. This will be an implementation project vs. an operational support. Most of this work will be greenfield. They are looking for extensive firewall and IPS technology experience.

This will be a hybrid opportunity with 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home.

Contract Duration: 2 years

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of network security experience

• Extensive knowledge of firewalls and IPS technologies

• Experience managing enterprise scale security solutions

• Solid networking background

• Knowledge of security frameworks, standards, controls and regulations

• Ability to work within the command line interface

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience working with Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto and Fortinet firewalls
