Senior User Researcher

Whether your background is in product management, engineering, design, or something else, you'll enter an internal community of leaders who share a similar entrepreneurial mindset.

As a User Researcher, you will be a valuable partner in creating innovative products in many domains. You will assist in user research programs throughout the lifecycle of a product. With your expertise, you will play a crucial role in informing what we build and design the experiences. We will collaborate with each other within the User Experience team and with Product and Engineering leaders to create value and craft great experiences for our users. This job may be performed from any continental US state.

Responsibilities:

• You are a strategic and systems level thinker, equally comfortable executing research as well as applying user insights to service design and strategy.

• Assist in the development of research plans based on product / business needs, collect data, assist in research sessions / workshops.

• Experience in a variety of research methods (generative / evaluative) throughout a product lifecycle. You would also be down to doing it guerilla-style.

• You relentlessly pursue high-quality insights to inform product and design and contribute to new product ideas.

• Work with team members to identify and track metrics / trends relevant to company and product goals.

• Comfortable working with ambiguity - within a fast-paced environment - to drive insights with stakeholders.

• You strive to be a great communicator - to be articulate and confident in your delivery.

Key Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in the research field.

• 2+ years of experience working collaboratively across functions (e.g. product, engineering, design, marketing, data science, and sales).

Our Senior UX Researcher, earns between $130,700.00 - $196,100.00, USD Annual. Individual starting salary within this range may depend on geography, experience, expertise, and education/training.
