  • Service Marketing & Sales Support Manager - Health Systems (Hybrid - Mississauga)

    In this role you will bring your expertise to help the Service Account Managers develop and utilize strategic value selling of the service solutions, provide technical support & presentations and bring appropriate field resources together to solve any implementation issues with a "Customer First" approach. You will bring market insights back to the business to ensure feedback is being incorporated into the overall business strategy.

    Your Role:

    • Point of contact and "go to" resource for sales teams pre-quote and post-sales support. Provide strategy and content input for Request for Proposals.

    • Supporting sales teams with background knowledge, market insights, instruments, tools and organizational skills to support them in maximizing our business and opportunities.

    • Increase the expertise and motivation of the Service Account Managers by providing relevant and up-to-date information about the products and competition.

    • Obtaining market insights from the field, detect business opportunities, and support the SAM's in chasing sales opportunities.

    • Facilitate communication to leadership about the market requirements and developments within Canada.

    • Help lead the creation of the Marketing and Sales Strategic Plans. Creates localized assets and content for the Service Account Managers. Lead all new product introductions to the Canadian market.

    • Capture, assess and act on win/loss analysis.

    • Drives continuous improvements applying LEAN.

    You're the right fit if:

    • Bachelors Degree or Relevant Experience

    • Experience with Marketing and Sales Support and/or direct sales

    • Commitment to a "Customer First" attitude with outstanding customer service

    • Strong understanding of Salesforce

    • Polished oral and written skills as well as the ability to present

    • Experience with being a change agent and comfortable with ambiguity

    The pay range for this position is $96,000 to $151,000. The actual base pay offered may vary depending on multiple factors including, job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity. ?

    In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
