    Qualifications

    • FedRAMP compliance preferred

    • The ideal candidate will have attained a proficient level as a ServiceNow Developer, demonstrating a successful history in development and consulting, particularly in technology strategy, governance, data, and solution design. They should possess the capability to establish themselves as a trusted advisor to business partners, facilitating favorable business outcomes.

    • Possess 4 to 9 years of experience in ServiceNow and other application development, with a focus on supporting customer support and service technology, showcasing expertise in at least one specialized area and adeptness in resolving a wide array of issues.

    • Demonstrate 2-3 years of advanced proficiency in ServiceNow administration, configuration, integration, and development, encompassing skills in JavaScript, jQuery, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, XML, REST/SOAP, LDAP, and SSO.

    • Hold a ServiceNow Certified Administrator credential and possess a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (CS), Computer Information Systems (CIS), Management Information Systems (MIS), or equivalent qualification.

    • Exhibit the ability to collaborate effectively with customers and all team members across functions.

    Desired Skills

    • Expertise in ITSM module/processes, CMDB/Core platform, GRC/IRM, Event Management, and SSO/Access Management (preferably PING or Azure), as well as Integration Hub for APIs.

    What You'll Contribute:

    • Experience in mentoring junior developers and crafting solutions, including domain separation.

    • Proficiency in collaborating with business analysts and estimating project effort levels accurately.

    • Preferably, experience in one or more ServiceNow products such as IT Operations Management (ITOM) Discovery, ITOM Health & Event Management, Core Platform and the CMDB, eBonding, Customer Service Management (CSM), and IT Service Management (ITSM).

    • Possession of ITIL Certification and/or Technical Consulting Experience.

    • Experience engaging with functional business leaders in the Customer Support domain.

    • Proficiency in identifying business objectives and breaking them down into Epics/Deliverables.

    • Experience in working within large organizations.

    • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, coupled with a background in Agile methodology.
