Shipping Supervisor Lead

Manpower is currently hiring seven highly experienced Shipping Supervisor Lead for a well-established cold storage produce company in South Pharr Industrial Park.Upon completion of probationary period the employee will be offered a permanent position with a new company benefits package and career path.

Forklift Driver Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the shipping and receiving departments for distribution.

• This position is responsible for ensuring that shipments are properly moved throughout the warehouse and into customers trucks, in a safe and efficient manner

• All freight (un)loading moved according to established protocols and procedures, and that good housekeeping and quality practices are upheld customer service

• Will, work with management to ensure efficiency and safety

• Handles, loads, and unloads freight in an accurate manner

• Monitor freight, ensuring proper identification

• Maintain the integrity of freight through proper handling inspection procedures.

Forklift Driver Job Qualifications

• Cold Storage Produce Experience (1 year minimum)

• Ability to rack three high, push back sliding rail system

• Operate and navigate a Forklift with all proper safety requirements.

• Ability to work at a faster than average pace with no errors.

• Communicate effectively in English and Spanish

Location: South Pharr Industrial Park

Pay Range:$12.50 - $15.00 hourly
