Solar Installer- Journeyman

Description:

JOB DESCRIPTION:Looking for a Commercial Solar Installer for their solar construction group. They will play a central role in the construction process and will be responsible for the building and installing of roof mounted solar equipment and some small commercial ground mount equipment. Direct experience in solar is preferred but, good construction labor and mechanical aptitude would qualify someone. Candidates will be working on a train station in Croton Harmon, NY. This is a Journeyman opportunity. ShiftMonday- Friday: 7:30am - 4:00pmOvertime will be worked on Saturdays and after 4:00pm. Applicants must be available to work overtime. MUST HAVES-OSHA 30 safety training or wiliness to obtain.-Reliable transportation -Experience working in commercial roof top and small ground mount -Projects will range from 100KW to 2.5 MW.-Ability and willingness to work outside in all weather conditions-Willingness to travel. Company will pay for lodging and GSA per diem rate for that county.
