SUMMARY

To support the company's objectives as Senior Accountant, you will prepare and consolidate financial statements, analyze and reconcile accounts, analyze cash flow, produce budgets and forecasting, prepare audits, and handle internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Candidate must possess top-notch analytical skills. This position is full time with excellent compensation and benefits.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Outlined below are the typical fundamental duties and responsibilities assigned to the Senior Accountant. These tasks are not comprehensive and may evolve based on the organization's demands.

• Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, monthly journal entries, and general ledger account reconciliations for monthly and year-end closures.

• Review financial reports with management.

• Participate in the preparation and completion of internal and external audits.

• Assist in preparation and management of business tax filings.

• Perform a variety of analyses to support management.

• Daily cash management.

• Assist in special projects as necessary.

• Ensure adherence to internal controls and handbook policies, procedures and code of business ethics.

• Travel as required to audit inventory.

Requirements

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle/cost accounting.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance or business; advanced degree preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, problem solving, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively multi-tasks on assigned tasks.

• Self-motivated and detail oriented with a strong work ethic and analytical skills.

• Operate with utmost integrity, cultivating positive relations with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.
