Senior Accountant Opportunity with Rapidly Growing Services Firm

Anna Parson at Robert Half is working with a Services client seeking a motivated Sr. Accountant with a deep understanding of accounting principles, a keen attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.

As the Senior Accountant you will be

• Managing the month-end close process and ensuring financials are accurate and completed timely.

• Conducting in-depth balance sheet account reconciliations.

• Performing P& L variance analysis to identify key drivers and trends.

• Preparing and reviewing journal entries.

• Managing prepaids and accruals to ensure accurate reporting.

• Overseeing the tracking and reporting of Accounts Receivable.

• Undertaking bank reporting and compliance.

• Working with a variety of data sources to create and manage complex spreadsheets - strong Excel skills are a must for this role including pivots and VLOOKUPs.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field is required.

• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting roles.

• Proficiency in accounting software, MS Office Suite with advanced Excel abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple deadlines simultaneously, and attention to detail.
