As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for cash flow analysis, budgets and forecasting, account analysis and reconciliations, financial statement preparation and consolidation, audit preparation, and internal control maintenance and regulatory reporting. Key responsibilities

• Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations

• Ad-hoc projects as required

• Prepare monthly consolidated P& L and Balance Sheet flux analysis for management reporting

• Arrange quarterly reviews and testing with internal and external auditors

• Achieve compliance with corporate accounting policies and procedures and controls by working with business partners

• Execute monthly accounting close procedures and deliverables (journal entries, reconciliations, reports) in compliance with GAAP

• Continually improve the automation of the accounting and reporting process

• Provide analysis on financial results (trends, performance metrics, benchmarks)

• Participate in various department-wide initiatives Requirements

• Remarkable analytical, quantitative and social skills

• Outstanding skills in analyzing financial data and promptly generating accurate reports

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize deals and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent

• Takes action on items beyond formal job responsibilities

• Strong organizational skills and a proven ability to meet deadlines

• Skilled with ERP systems

• Ability to effectively interact, verbally and in writing, with functional department managers

• Minimum 5-7 years of overall general accounting experience

• Command of GAAP Accounting

• Comprehensive knowledge of journal entries

• BA/BS in Accounting, CPA credentials are desired

• SOX internal control assessments (Section 404) experience

• The ideal candidate for this position can demonstrate proficiency in financial reporting systems

• Understanding of corporate performance management (CPM) and business intelligence systems required
