Job Description:

About the Role:

The Senior, Systems Administration under general supervision, performs moderately complex systems administration tasks related to installing, configuring, upgrading, integrating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and patching SAP systems, Oracle and HANA databases, and implements integration with SAP adjacent systems, such as, Salesforce. Sr. Systems Administrator develops detailed testing plans, validates and documents testing outcomes, promotes changes through the lower landscapes, secures CAB approval and updates and maintains documentation and work instructions related to assignments. Supports the operations of the technical SAP system landscape. When warranted, opens and tracks OSS tickets for SAP support. Manages transports. Multi-tasks assignments and manages moderately complex assignments to successful completion on-time and within scope. Systems administration experience in S/4HANA, ECC 6.0, MII/MES, Process Orchestration (PO), Data Services, SAP Landscape Transformation (SLT), SAP Enterprise Data Hub HANA (EDH) and BTP.

About You:

• 6+ years of Information Technology and SAP Basis Administration in a related position.

• Knowledge and experience of core competencies within respective area, within SAP Java, SAP ABAP, SAP S/4 HANA systems and Salesforce, SAP Cloud applications and Blue Yonder systems.

• Solid technical expertise in the installation, configuration, modification, and maintenance of SAP systems on Linux and Windows operating systems and experience using related commands and tools.

• Experience developing recommendations to promote moderately complex technical or nontechnical information or services to SAP Basis Team Leadership.

• Skills to interpret or clarify moderately complex technical information to aid understanding within the SAP Basis Team, across application teams and Infrastructure teams and recommend implementation approach that minimizes business risk and promotes long-term sustainability and maintenance of the system.

• Demonstrated experience conveying moderately complex information and persuading functional and technical stakeholders both within and outside of area of responsibility.

• Reconciles various stakeholder inputs, requiring awareness, respect, and the ability to reconcile cross-functional differences to propose an optimal solution for TreeHouse.

• Education requirements: Bachelor of Science Degree Required - Type: Information Technology, Computer Science or related field
