Sr Capacity Planner

Job Summary:

onsemi is seeking a self-driven and motivated professional to join the Capacity Planning Analyst team. As a Capacity Planning Analyst, you will have the opportunity to lead the Global Supply chain planning and execution for onsemi 's areas that are key to onsemi 's success. Performance Objectives

• Be at the center of developing processes to ensure success for onsemi 's attainment of several corporate goals.

• Work with stakeholders from multiple organizations to ensure corporate goal attainment.

• Aggregate and track on time capital expansions (tool delivery, qual, PCN) until production ramp is achieved.

• Aggregate and track product/site transfers to completion working with BU & PM counterparts.

• Perform customer Long Term Supply Agreement analysis to validate supply/capacity feasibility.

• Identify, diagnose, and execute on opportunities to improve the inventory forecasting, control, and tracking.

• Document the "As Is" and "To Be" systems and processes and roadmap.

• Develop KPIs and metrics and report progress on a regular cadence.

Competencies

• Self-starter with strong semiconductor supply chain experience, hands on process experience preferred.

• Data management expertise (like SQL, R, Advanced excel, Python, tableau, Power BI, Power Automate,)

• Collaboration and teamwork across multiple functions and global sites

• Strong problem-solving skills, ability to deal with ambiguity

• Business acumen
