Sr. Credit and Collections Clerk

Description

We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Sr. Credit and Collections Clerk to join an amazing team in Newington, New Hampshire. In this role, you will contribute to the Credit and Collections team, processing customer credit applications, maintaining accurate customer credit records, and resolving customer credit inquiries. You will also be responsible for monitoring customer credit accounts and taking appropriate action to collect delinquent payments.

Responsibilities

• Process customer credit applications with accuracy and efficiency

• Maintain accurate customer credit records

• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Monitor customer credit accounts regularly

• Take appropriate action to collect delinquent payments

• Utilize accounting software systems to track and record transactions

• Carry out various accounting functions related to credit processing

• Perform billing functions as required

• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

• Administer claims as required

• Follow collection processes according to company policy.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems

• Proficient in Microsoft Excel

• Understanding of Accounting Functions

• Knowledge of Billing Functions

• Experience in Credit and collections

• Familiarity with Collection Processes

• Excellent Customer Service skills
