Sr. IT Business Analyst

A retail client in Charlotte, NC is hiring a Sr. IT Business Analyst. This person will be responsible for building relationships with key business and IT stakeholders, eliciting business requirements and capturing business process maps from stakeholders. Experience working for a retail/sales company highly preferred

Skills and Requirements

Direct experience in the Business Analyst role supporting large and small technology initiatives

Proven experience in eliciting business requirements and capturing business process maps from stakeholder interviews

Experience with business process design and system impact analysis

Experience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools

Advanced knowledge in generating business and technical process documentation

Experience utilizing MS Project, Visio, Jira, Confluence or similar enterprise tools for documentation and process flows Experience with a salesforce implementation

Experience in retail industry null
