Sr. IT Program Manager

Job Description

An employer is seeking an IT Program Manager in the Woodlands/Spring, TX area. This person will be managing a large program in an effort to improve the organization's OT environment and systems, including network, security, and overall IT infrastructure. This person will need to be a go-getter who is able to manage multiple projects from end-to-end, fully understand project management processes, and is able to work in a high stress environment. This role is onsite 4 days/week, with Fridays having the option to work remotely. In addition, this role may require occasional international travel, and must be able to meet applicable law requirements for COVID as required.

Skills and Requirements

3+ years of global Program Management experience dealing with IT infrastructure related programs (managing multiple workstreams, presenting and communicating with C-level executives, etc.)

10+ years of overall PM experience - IT infrastructure/cybersecurity focused

Experience managing multi-million dollar programs

Strong understanding of how to run IT infrastructure projects (integrations/implementations revolving around network/servers/IT security etc.)

Strong understanding of project financials (I.e. forecasting, budgeting, assessing cost of equipment, familiarity with invoicing) Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments from IT perspective

SAP experience

PMP Certification null
