    An employer is looking to identify a Sr. Project Manager for the Washington D.C. metro area. This position supervises and manages the administrative and operational day-to-day activities for defined business lines on a local and/or regional basis. Operations may include: Finance, Human Resources, Digital & Technology, Research, Marketing, Facilities, and Administration. In partnership with local senior management, implements local strategic vision. Assures implementation of national operational strategies and coordinates efforts to integrate company services for clients, both internally and externally. Responsible for management of one or more offices. May manage other Office Operation Managers.

    Skills and Requirements

    7+ yeas of Project Manager Experience (MEP, Facility Management, Construction etc)

    3+ years of Commercial Services Projects

    Excellent leadership and communication skills

    Excellent client relationship skills and engagement

    PMP or LEED Certifications College/University Facility or Real-Estate Services Experience null
