    CACI's Archon team is looking to hire a remote Senior QA Automation Engineer.     What You'll Get to Do:

    • Provide testing and development team support for multiple product lines.

    • The quality assurance of Linux based applications using programming languages such as Python, Bash, or Rust in support of servicing customer requirements and objectives.

    • Develop automated testing scenarios and scripts, including future RPA scripting.

    • Utilize Gitlab and scripting techniques to automate repository builds, ensuring comprehensive CI/CD capability.

    • Implement and maintain code-level security scanning as an integral part of the build process.

    • Fulfill other responsibilities as required.

    You'll Bring These Qualifications:

    • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent professional work experience will be considered.

    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

    • Proficiency with Gitlab and its CI/CD pipeline.

    • Advanced Bash/Python scripting skills, including conditional statements, branching, function calls, and variable usage.

    • Ability to design, code, and integrate unit and system test cases for automated testing in the Gitlab CICD pipeline.

    • Strong expertise in Linux, particularly SE Linux with a focus on Redhat.

    • Fundamental understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls, routing, and DNS.

    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on documentation.

    • Self-driven and capable of working independently.

    • Must be a US citizen and must be able to obtain clearance at the Secret Level

    These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have

    • Working knowledge of VPN technologies and protocols, such as IPSec.

    • Demonstrated ability to install, deploy, configure, test, and provide support for software products.

    • Experience working in a QA team environment.

    • Familiarity with test management software tools, such as TestRail.

    • Proficiency in test automation tools.

    • Comfortable navigating and utilizing multiple operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux).

    • Exposure to virtualization platforms such as VMware, VirtualBox, and Hyper-V.

    • Basic understanding of security principles, including PKI, certificates, VPN, and encryption.
