Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.

• Manage sales taxes reconciliation and VAT processes.

• Own bank reconciliation and issue weekly reports.

• Provide backup for accounts payable activities.

• Assist with external reporting, audit, and tax requests.

• Support month, quarter, and year-end close processes.

• Utilize internal ERP system for accurate data extraction and reporting.

• Contribute to ad-hoc reporting or projects as needed.

What You'll Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• 3-5+ years of hands-on accounting lead experience.

• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems; Oracle experience is a plus.

• Positive attitude and team player mentality.
