    JOB SUMMARY

    As part of the internship, Nabors will provide learning experiences throughout the organization, so that each intern understands Nabors businesses. From an everyday perspective, our Marketing and Communications Internship offers a unique opportunity for a motivated individual to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced environment of the energy industry. The intern will collaborate with our marketing and communications team to develop and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing brand visibility, engaging stakeholders, and supporting business objectives.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Collaborate with marketing team to create and distribute collateral to external audiences.

    • Assist the brand team with graphic design projects.

    • Contribute to the development of digital content for various platforms, including website, social media and email campaigns.

    • Support the planning and execution of events, conferences, and other promotional activities.

    • Assist in maintaining and updating the company's website content and ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.

    • Work closely with the internal communications team to develop content, plan events and maintain the intranet.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

    • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or related degree.

    • Good business judgment in handling potentially sensitive information

    • Good interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to effectively influence and build alignment within multidiscipline teams

    • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization in a professional manner

    • Self-motivated & energetic

    • Skilled in using Microsoft Office products, with particular emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint

    • Familiar with (or ability to quickly learn) media platforms such as Canva, Wordpress, Adobe Suite, Airtable, FrameIO, Youtube, LinkedIn, Meta Channels and TikTok

    • WRITTEN COMMUNICATION

    Advanced writing skills, ability to write free of punctuation or grammatical errors. Clear, concise with the ability to write quickly, clearly and correctly. Targeted audience easily understands writing and is formatted correctly for the delivery method.

    • PROJECT MANAGEMENT

    The application of knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to project activities in order to meet or exceed stakeholder needs and expectations from the project

    • Office environment, able to work off site as needed
