Supervisor, Sterile Processing - Sterile Processing

JOB SUMMARY

In addition to normal assignments and responsibilities as a Sterile Processing Technician and under the direct supervision of the Surgical Services Operations manager, the SPD Supervisor (non RN) will be accountable for the daily functional activities for the Sterile Processing Department.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Associate Degree

5 years of experience

2 years of SPD Leadership Experience

CSPDT (CBSPD) or CRST (HSPA)

Must be a team member on the department/unit for which candidate is applying or prior Team Leader experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree

8 years of experience

CSPDM and/or CSPDS (CBSPD)

The expected hiring range for this position is $30.96 to $42.57
