Summary
Chenega Integrated Security Solutions is looking for a Project Manager to perform oversight for the United States Department of Agriculture. The PM exercises daily management functions of all contract personnel at all locations, related resources, required training activities, certification and/or management tasks and reports.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
The PM is accountable for the timeliness, accuracy, and proficiency of contract-related recordkeeping responsibilities.
The focal point for all issues concerning workforce matters, and as such, works in close coordination with the Government to ensure all aspects of contract support adhere to the terms, conditions, and standards of the contract.
Responsible for supervision of assigned personnel.
Responsible for maintaining staffing levels and uninterrupted post coverage.

Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' supervisor experience in a security capacity.
Must maintain a current State of Maryland Security Guard Certification.
Must maintain a current District of Columbia Security Officer's License.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Skill in operating a personal computer and standard office equipment.
Must have proficiency in a variety of computer software applications in word processing, spreadsheets, database, (MSWord, Excel, Access, PowerPoint), and Outlook.
Writes clearly and informatively; Edits work for spelling and grammar; Varies writing style to meet needs; Presents numerical data effectively; Able to read and interpret written information.

The employee will normally work in a temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure to electronic office equipment.
During visits to areas of operations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions. Is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and loud noise.
