Supply Chain Manager

PDS Tech Commercial Inc, is looking for a Supply Chain Contracts Manager in Phoenix, AZ for a strategic role within the Legal, Contracts, and Compliance area. In this position you will be coordinating with business partners on allocated supply chain contract matters, managing a portfolio of allocated supplier contracts, and communicating with supply chain leadership to develop and execute said contracts.

Schedule: Monday to Friday; 8am to 5pm

Pay Rate: $48.94 to $69.50 per hr

Must Have Qualifications:

• Must be a US Citizen

• Bachelor's Degree with 7+ years' experience; Advanced Degree with 5-7 years' experience; In the absence of a degree, 10 years' experience is required

• Juris Doctorate or Advanced Degree in Business Administration preferred

Responsibilities:

• Provides guidance to stakeholders daily for allocated projects

• Drafts, generates, negotiates, interprets, and manages complex contract documents for allocated suppliers, in accordance with internal and external customer schedules to ensure these documents properly reflect business objectives

• Performs analysis and prepares reports to ensure allocated contracts are within negotiated and agreed-upon parameters, in accordance with company policies and guidelines

• Negotiates allocated supplier contracts with its stakeholders, to achieve business favorable terms

• Reviews allocated contractual terms and conditions for their acceptability, as well as assessing the risk and impact

• Uses legal resources and other subject matter experts to ensure all levels of risk are recognized and subsequently addressed through development of unique contract terms

• Briefs management and other functional areas on contract status, risk mitigation and contingency plans based on developed recommendations, for allocated contracts

• Identifies opportunities to streamline workflow and improve quality of work product. Brings forward recommendations to increase efficiencies through use of tool or process enhancements

• Track and report key functional metrics

• Represents the organization on legal issues for allocated contracts

• Maintains historical legal records

Pay Details: $48.94 to $69.50 per hour
